Anecdotally it seems a number of people encountered problems with the website. When I got my tickets last week it made me log in several times. After a call to the ticket office I was able to get it resolved after about 40 minutes. I'm curious if others had the same issue. Exact same thing happened last year. I'm just glad my pick times have been during business hours.
