Definitely a punk band. Not one that I’ve ever liked, but I don’t like Mr T Expe
Experience or scratching weasel or sicko or really any other pop punk bands in that style either.
It definitely belongs in the punk family. And imo, dookie is probably the definitive album of that sound.
