I'm a tall dude with a hip issue, so legroom is a big deal. I asked how much to upgrade to A1-A15 and the woman told me it was sold out but she'd allow me to pre-board to snag a 1st row seat. They don't allow you to take the prime exit rows if you pre-board, anyway.
