Costco Citi for routine purchases, Chase Sapphire Reserve for travel and dining.
Everything paid off monthly,
Costco cash back usually brings in around $1800 yearly.
Not sure if the CSR would be worthwhile just from my family use, but I’m able to transfer Chase points accumulated through work and redeem it all through the CSR portal at 1.5x the usual spend (meaning a near 5x return on CSR purchases since travel and dining are 3x). For us this has paid for a significant family trip every other year.
