a guy isn't playing or if a guy outplayed his location (D2 guy, or low D1 guy that should be playing a higher level of basketball). But when guys who are getting time transfer just to make a few more dollars I am not a fan (although again I do understand it).
I think often times these players are looking at it too narrowly. Like if you are in a great situation you should probably stay put. The extra $500,000 compared to going to an unknown situation might hurt you in the long run.
Ultimately there is no point in me even saying I don't like it as it is the new normal. I went from thinking the deck was stacked against players a few years ago to now thinking they are getting too much and becoming prima donnas.
