Pacific Crest Trail
Life is good. In 2022, the
CDT was such a an epic experience for me that I applied through the lottery and got a permit to hike the PCT this year. Even though the weather has not been cooperative, the timing of my assigned start date turned out pretty good, because it helped me to have something to focus on other than the pain of last Thursday. I've had to deal with an unusual (for southern California) amount of rain and snow, but I've logged almost 80 miles in four days, and feel like I'm cruising along.7202a7b5d765e51457f486fa2dd86605.jpegd3c08ac5b03d0a732d27023aa507a327.jpeg9603bf125c84cbded29a0d26bcd0961e.jpega8b21e4cf5ab87c35ff8c77588621757.jpeg2b55bbaa659ed60c427012330b7d7a71.jpegf9adce816d66eee7478e5baf3923dd0e.jpeg
