I genuinely worry about how my kids are going to be able to afford homes.
The housing market is so different than it was 20 years ago or so when my wife and I were starting out. We had so little when we first got married. If we were starting out in similar circumstances today, I don't know how we would have anywhere to live. Even rent prices have skyrocketed.

If things continue how they are today, I have no idea how my kids will be able to afford a place to live when they're starting families of their own.
