I can only compare two data points: Wasatch County and Tampa Florida...
But I'm very surprised that Wasatch county is more expensive than most of Tampa.

I love the state of Utah. I have Utah pride. I grew up there. The mountains are beautiful. You've got great sports and great restaurants.

But my parents and 3 siblings still live in Utah. It makes no sense to me that the price to live in Lehi or South Jordan or Orem (where my brothers and sisters live), is MORE expensive than where I live in Tampa Florida!

My house in Tampa is 45 mins from the beach. We have perfect Florida weather (no snow and no snowblowers), and the most beautiful beaches in the continental US, and NO STATE TAXES, and palm trees and beautiful people, and everything else you could possibly ask for. You've got the Buccaneers and the Lightning and the Rays and Busch Gardens and you're 90 mins from Disney. But a house in Daybreak is more expensive? What am I missing?
