To qualify for Regionals she is probably already there. Outdoors is a little
different than indoors since the regionals are divide by East/West. You need to be one of the top 48 times in your region to go to regionals. Then the top 24 qualifiers from each region go to nationals. Last year the 24th best time in the west region was 59.
Before today's events her old time was #17 in the country but it is still early in the season.
