Bad comparison. For most people, they do pay more in tithing as they progress in
their careers and the amount of money goes up. So while the percentage paid doesn’t go up the absolute value they pay certainly does.
Quit being cheap and pay up. If your loyalty to the program doesn’t compel you or your great uncle to pay up, no worries, there are others who are loyal to the program and happy to pay market to support the program.
