Peas are pretty resilient. I’ve planted them very early and had snow on them
With no problem. Just keep the soil moist and they should still sprout. It might take a bit longer to germinate with the cold but it shouldn’t be too much longer. I’m in Orem and planted mine last Saturday so I’m hoping to see them poke through the soil in the next week or so. Most people wait too long to plant peas. Once it gets hot they stop producing so starting them in cooler weather is the way to go.
