The average flight when flying from the US to Europe this summer is about $2000, cheaper from JFK, more expensive from SLC.
The average flight when flying from Europe to the USA is about $800.
Does this mean that people living in the US need to subsidize Europeans' travel?
I am looking at SLC -> FRA. It does not matter if it is one stop or two stops, it does not matter which connecting cities are used. It is always the same price - $2300.
Frustrating.
