None of us were expecting a National Championship at that point.
But if BYU hadn’t gone undefeated through the regular season, there is no way they could have won the championships.
I watched that game live. The shift of momentum the refusal to lose, all of it.
I stand by what I said. There were a lot of moments throughout the season which could have cost us a game and thus the championship, but that one was unique.
