So the OP is right that it's not a good thing in terms of it being painful. But in the big picture, it kind of is a good thing that BYU is viewed respectably enough that a loss to the A10 conference champ in the NCAA tournament is considered painful. If this were last year, a loss of this caliber would be considered par for the course, and not painful, but expected.
