I am getting ready to pull the trigger to four-day work weeks.
If that goes well, I may then go to three...I am guessing a 3 day weekend every week will be more than enough for me with kids all gone.
What are you going to spend all of that additional time on (if you are an empty nester)? I would have loved a 20 hour a week job when I had kids at home. So much stuff you can do with them, almost unlimited.
