Or scrape on the face? If they do a punch biopsy, do they stitch it or let it heal on its own?

I saw a dermatologist for a dark spot on my face. They thought it was a seborrheic keratosis and lazered & froze it to have it flake off. The treatment didn't do anything, so they repeated the treatment last Friday. The doctor took a look at the photos and decided to bring me in for further evaluation.
