Law says within 50 contiguous acres of the delta center. So either they:
* Remodel the Delta Center. That's what that image was that is floating around.
* Buy RDA land on 600 W. This is the old Station Center property just west of the Rio Grand Station.
* Buy the Park Place lot. This is diagonal to the Delta Center and is a parking lot owned by the church
* Buy the 400 S Main lot. This is a parking lot owned by the Church.
Those are really all the open lots.
