I'm also interested to see how much Taylor Lovell improves in the Steeplechase.
In her very first race she ran 10:04 and immediately became the number 2 Steepler on the team behind Lowry, and if Lowry continues to compete unattached that makes her #1. She is in the fastest heat tonight that features Lowry, Thorner and Karinauskaite. If she can stay relatively close she should have a significant PB. I'm hoping both her and Lizzie Dildine go under 10:00 tonight.

Also of note is that Sadie Sargent seems to have dropped the SC in favor of the 5K. Maybe she just couldn't get the hang of the technique. I was hoping she could get a handle on it since she ran a 9:57 last year despite absolutely horrible form over the barriers.
