Madsen is boring and stereotypical for a BYU coach. Plus what has he done to show he could be a great coach?
Fueger is largely credited for the offensive turnaround at BYU. Pope speaks really highly of him and wants to take him with him. BYU needs to pony up and convince him to stay.
“Coach Fueger is one of the top up-and-coming coaches in the nation,” said Utah Valley head coach Mark Pope. “He has the passion, hunger, and drive that defines great coaches. He’s going to be a tremendous head coach. We’re lucky to have him on our staff at UVU.”
