There is no advantage, the dealer would rather finance, they make more money
If buying from a private party, it may or may not be an advantage. Depends on how desirable the car is and how quickly they can sell it.

Many dealers make $ on financing and will give you a better deal if you finance

I asked and they said there isn't any extra they can do. Same with a 10k trailer
