That is puzzling to me. Our roster was almost identical to WCC roster that finished in a 3 way tie for fifth and losing record IIRC in league the year before. We only finished in the middle of the B12 so still a hill to climb but very surprised at the amount of success we had in our first year in B12. Was it Pope or something else? Three point live or die strategy can be implemented at any school as long as you have the long range shooters to do it. Not a genius strategy as it placed us in middle of the final standings but did win us some games we probably had no business winning with talent comparison.
