I wanted Jensen over pope when pope was hired. I thought pope was a good
Consolation prize.
I loved him from day 1 and thought he was an excellent coach.
One thing I had a feeling about though was him bailing first opportunity, after he applied for the AZ job.
It’s pretty amazing to see his trajectory from med school to now.
No doubt stars aligned.
