But I really don't think that should be the expectation or minimum requirement. The question is, what are the sports reasons for why he should come into the BYU fold? Vs. continue to grow his career outside of BYU, maybe moving up to a higher level, and being an outside-of-BYU viable LDS candidate? Personally, while I understand the head coach at BYU needs to be LDS, I hope for more non-LDS assistants (to help with recruiting), and let the LDS coaches grow their careers outside of BYU to some degree.
