I have a conference coming up in a few months in Kansas City. The Conference Hotel is a Sheraton, which is great for me because that is in the Marriott portfolio. BUT I want to ask them a few questions (like do they have a lounge for Platinum or do you have to be Titanium or higher? What are the lounge hours, etc.)? Last conference, we got there (to the hotel) and ended up with a bunch of surprises. There is a residence inn just a little ways away, and I'm tempted to stay there, since it's a known situation with no surprises.

Everything I can find on it says "it depends" as far as things like lounge, WiFi, etc. I'd love to send an email (i.e. something in writing!) to get info.
