4/15/2023. Was accepted by the IRS within 2 minutes of submission.
And this year I also said my little prayer that I didn't everything correctly before hitting the submit button.
I had almost everything done on 2/1/2024, but then the IRS delayed getting the updated forms for K1 and partnerships released until about 2/28/2024 and then I was scrambling to get that done before 3/15/2024, and then life got busy and I didn't wrap up until this morning.
