What % of inbound work IMs (teams, slack etc) fail to get to the point?
Starting out "How are you?" or "Hi so-and-so" etc?
In my experience, it is an overwhelming majority and it is overwhelmingly annoying.
I get what they are trying to do but I am no longer going to respond to these--just ask your question already.
