coach that would keep players on board and show a seemingly upward trajectory. Bouncing back is easier when the path forward seems clearer.
Until we have a new coach there is a lot of uncertainty and the angst of some will be directed at the former coach. That does not make it right, but having a clear path forward will help us all focus on the positive. If lots of players leave even after we find a coach then it muddles that path and might cause even more angst and ire.
