Bump. Almost a 6 figure increase in my OTE and feeling a lot less pressure and stress than at any point in the last 3 years. So content for now but also realize if I did get laid off my severance even larger.

My thinking was taking one year off. That’s basically 52 1 week vacations. I only get 2 of those per year (I get more vacation time than that, but can’t always take a full week at a time).

So basically a year off is like 26 years worth of vacation opportunities. That would mean a lot do me with my kids. Knock all the trips off the bucket list…
