Really hard to believe both are coming. Can’t imagine Burgess taking a number 2 job to a younger guy.
That basically condemns him to #2 purgatory unless Young is really really successful and moves on fast (in which case Burgess will get competing offers) or Young is terrible in which case Burgess may not be retained.
