If BYU opens up the wallet and says they'll give him $10M/yr with another $10M for assistants, that they'll renovate and update everything including building a new arena AND that the LDS church is going to start making sizable NIL donations that will outpace any collective....
Well then I bet Mark Madsen would come. So of course there is SOME offer that would get him here. But at what point does the required offer becomes completely unreasonable
