No one here had a problem with that. Now that it's happening to us, people are acting like we've been betrayed. If we hired Chris Burgess and he brought the best players from the U with him, you'd all be cheering again.

Mark Pope never played for BYU, but he came and coached BYU for 5 years and gave us some great wins and some great memories. Sure, he wasn't successful in the post-season, which sucks. And maybe he won't be successful at Kentucky. Maybe he will. Best of luck to him, I say, because he will always be a part of the BYU basketball lexicon. If Chandler doesn't want to play for BYU, that's his call. I won't lose sleep about a kid who doesn't want to play for BYU, but I hope he represents the church well in his career.
