Especially at place like BYU where he's certain to have a learning curve to the "BYU Way" of things like recruiting (with the honor code), dealing with the administration layers of red tape at BYU that you don't see at most schools, dealing with NIL, high level donors...he'll have a steep learning curve ahead of him.
