Every season. Transfers still happened but it was usually bench players who were transferring to a school where they could get some PT.

Now we have players like Caleb Love who play at a big time program, lead their team to a final four run and then transfer to a new school the next year. It doesn’t make any sense. It’s all NIL crap. Players are all free agents at the end of every season and are dumb to not try to get the best offer out there. It’s a complete mess.
