I'm hoping Young is a home run. But there are more question marks about him than I think there were about Pope when we hired him. We knew what he was as a recruiter and a coach.

Young will have to recruit and we haven't really seen him do that yet. Do we have an experienced NIL specialist (that's admittedly a relative term since everything is new) on the bball coaching staff?
