Not a chance the AD office will pay the basketball coach more than Football. Football is king at nearly every university
especially BYU. BYU couldn’t afford to NOT pay their football coach more than their BBall coach knowing very clearly which program is the cash cow.
For the same reasons why you wouldn’t pay your mid-level manager more than your CEO.
