lots of Sundays away from family. Even when home, over 40 home games and my guess is he is gone early afternoon if not earlier, and not home until his kids are asleep.
College is less than 1/2 the games versus the NBA. At BYU, most Sundays at home...all day. Worship with the family. He's from Utah, so he is coming home. Guessing his kids can have some participation with him on game days. Seems like a HUGE work/life balance improvement.
A no brainer to me. Sure, if being an NBA coach was more important than anything else, he wouldn't be here. I am starting to like him more and more. Sounds like a great fit for BYU.
