Fball and Bball coach are different fields
VP of Finance doesn't necessarily make as much as the VP of Operations. At the end of the day Young is a highly sought after coach that demands a premium. I don't think there is a lot of demand for KS as the P4 level, so there is not comparison. If KS started competing for championships and making a name for himself where other P4 teams really wanted him, then it may be time to talk compensation.
