a lot of rules. The NCAA used to control TV contracts, OU sued and the court sided with schools and conferences getting TV contracts. The courts got NIL. The threat of the courts got the BCS to include 'non BCS schools'....
The best way to limit the power of the SEC and B10 is to have as many non-SEC/B10 fans to stop watching them on TV. I think the TV contracts are bloated as they are. But if half of all fans don't watch, the investment doesn't work for the TV partners.
