Reese knows sports analytics
I've posted before but Reese knows his stuff when it comes to sports. He has studied Babe Ruth, NASCAR and professional football (for Coach Reid), and has even done research on behalf of the U.S. Olympic volleyball team. He understands sports. He has been paid to understand sports. His experience surely allowed him to explain things to the BOT on a different level than ever before.
It is also my understanding that he was personally involved in the hiring of Coach Young.
