It is kind of odd, IMO. Almost like Ryan et al were just waiting for Pope to
get the KY offer so that they could move on Young.
The timing and method are very uncharacteristic of head coach hires at BYU.

No, they don't live next to each other. Ryan has no side neighbors and a helicopter landing spot as his backyard.
