He did some excellent things and got us to a level of competitiveness than we haven't seen since Jimmer (and he did it without a Jimmer-type player). He leaves Coach Young with stocked shelves (even with the defections), a preseason ranking, and some momentum.

His departure stung because of his success, and we all know it.
