Mark Madsen was #1 on nearly everyone's list and at $4.4 million we could have easily got him away from Cal.

Burgess, everyone else's favorite pick for recruiting, is only making $255k and would have physically run to Provo immediately for an average HC salary.

Jensen makes less than KY in the NBA and has not been on NBA HC lists.

So, that tells me that Ainge, Smith, Holmoe, and Pres. Reese know or believe something about KY that really no one on this board or in the media knows.

Perhaps Pres. Reese worked with him in his sports analytics business and/or maybe Ainge and Smith have fully vetted the guy for NBA jobs and they all believe he isn't only better than who all the message board warriors wanted, but that he is worth significantly more than those others as well.

Makes me excited for what KY can do at BYU.
