From the outside, the hire is okay. The questions are recruiting and team
managment. NBA guys have come to college before and some have struggled, mainly because of recruiting and team management.
Maybe Holmoe and company saw things that made them believe recruiting would be an advantage. Having a Brother dialed into national recruiting certainly helps. Maybe KY was able to share his vision for recruiting at BYU and Holmoe bought in.
