I would guess he is at 3-3.5MM a year, which puts him on par with the bottom 1/3 of the league, which is about where BYU performed in year 1. Maybe I am wrong and he is getting paid less. You don't usually give big pay raises to underperforming employees. You usually reserve those for your high performers.
