As far as #1 is concerned, the NBA is more 3-point happy than college basketball
Of course, the percentage that BYU shot the 3 this last season was higher that the most 3-point happy NBA team. But on average NBA teams shoot about 40% of their shots from 3. College teams shoot about 37% of their shots from 3. And keep in mind that's from a farther out 3-point line.
