Yep, what they don't understand is with employees status, comes contracts.
With contracts, comes the inability to up and transfer whenever and wherever they want.
Not to mention a players union and a whole slew of other issues that they don't realize.
Good luck with that. NCAA is soon going to be the minor league to NBA and NFL.

It is 1000% tidier than employee status. Worlds easier. I am not sure you understand the legal and cost implications
