I think Hall is a great player. He needs to improve his handle and free throws.
If you are a PG and can't reliably make a defender pay at the freethrow line, you are a liability to your team. If you have handle issues in high pressure situations at the end of games, you need to improve. I think he can. If he does, he will definitley have an NBA future.
