One. I think I’ll always wonder if Chandler and Khalifa and any others who leave and any others who might have come wouldn’t have made a different choice with someone who got with them personally right away and laid out his vision and desire to have them.

This isn’t meant to be critical of him or to say that we shouldn’t have hired him. I just think it’s unfortunate. I think it will likely set the program back a year or so, but who knows maybe in the end it will work out better.
