That's the "rush 3 drop 8 philosophy". We've tried that. Alternatively,
we just get the very best HC compliant kids, which we don't get now. 10 % of the top 100 recruits spells success.

BYU is paying >4m for 1 coach. That money is wasted if you're not willing to pay ~4m nil for 10 players.
