I would say a lot of "rich" people are for the most part just like everyone else
so people get jealous that they got lucky and struck it big.
But these people are constantly putting themselves into positions where they can get lucky.
They have won more than they lost, but they have also lost far more than most of us will ever see in our lifetimes.
They are also typically workaholics
